The main activity of the Finance and Administrative Department is to organize the financial and administrative operations of the Foundation, as well as its accounting system.
The department is responsible for preparing and monitoring the budget, compiling financial reports, drafting and maintaining financial documents, and organizing the procurement of necessary materials and equipment. It also oversees administrative operations such as repairs, technical maintenance, and related services.
In addition, based on the approved indicators of the Foundation’s annual income and expenditure estimates for the next budget year, the department prepares monthly and quarterly allocations of planned revenues and expenses. It organizes the centralized execution of treasury operations for both income and expenditures, as well as their accounting and record-keeping.
