Rashid Pasali

Born on June 24, 1994, in the Masalli district.
Education:
He graduated from Nicat Abilov Secondary School in the village of Kelbahuseynli, located in the Chakhirli administrative area of the Masalli district.
From 2012 to 2016, he studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University, Faculty of Technological Machines and Equipment Engineering.
From 2020 to 2023, he studied “International Relations” at Baku Slavic University.
Professional career:
In 2015–2016, he was the winner and project leader of the 7th grant competition of the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a leading consultant at the Moral Values Promotion Department of the Moral Values Promotion Foundation under the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations.
From 2020 to 2025, he served as Head of the Moral Values Promotion Department and the Department for Promotion and Project Management at the Moral Values Promotion Foundation.
Since January 23, 2025, he has been Deputy Executive Director of the Moral Values Promotion Foundation under the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations.
He has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2012.
He is married and has two children.
