Born on August 21, 1988, in Baku city.
Education:
He graduated from Secondary School No. 190, located in the Sabail district of Baku.
From 2007 to 2012, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Theology at Baku State University.
From 2021 to 2025, he studied “State and Municipal Administration” at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, graduating with honors.
Professional career:
From 2013 to 2017, he worked in various positions at the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations.
From 2016 to 2023, he was the host of the television program “Religion and Society,” broadcast on Public Television.
Since 2018, he has been Deputy Executive Director of the Moral Values Promotion Foundation under the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations.
International certification:
In 2022, he participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State.
Books:
He is the author of the following books: “Moral Values as Part of Ilham Aliyev’s Policy,” “Moral Principles in the Holy Quran,” “Suicide – in Moral and Social Perspective,” and “Islam – The Path to Wisdom and Perfection.”
He has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2010.
He is married and has two children.
