The Advocacy and Project Management Department organizes and determines the ideological, educational and socially oriented activities of the Foundation. 
The Department ensures the implementation of educational work in the field of religious beliefs, the protection and development of moral values, the preparation and implementation of targeted programs in the field of state-religion relations. At the same time, the Department takes measures to ensure the freedom of religious beliefs of religious organizations, citizens and those living abroad, and ensures the preparation and implementation of social projects during this period. The Department considers applications (proposals, approvals, complaints) received in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and ensures compliance with security regulations.
